Delhi: Cong list out; confusion on some seats

Delhi's polls has gaining momentum as all three major parties have declared their candidates. Congress has today declared list of candidates for 54 seats. BJP and AAP have already declared their lists.

Congress, although inducted several new faces but mostly relied upon old loyalists. However, some veterans have been dumped in the list.
