Ruling BJP has returned with a bang in the assembly polls. Creating a new history in the assembly polls the party has won four states out of five including UP, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur while AAP has registered a huge victory with over 3/4 th seats in Punjab.
BJP has been able to retain power in all the four states including crucial UP with over 2/3 of the majority indicating that Mod-Shah and Yogi-Rajnath magic is intact.
In the fiercely fought election, while ruling Congress has been routed from Punjab while opposition parties in UP have to contained with only 1/3rd of the seat in 403 assembly seats. (YC)
